Look what we can do!!!
Mat Man is one of my favorite resources. He allows us to associate song and play so that letter making is fun and easy.
We had fun going about our daily activities in our pajamas.
Last week we learned about camping. We enjoyed fun traditional camping activities right inside our classroom.
We have had so much fun learning and exploring in our new classroom. All of the older friends have been so helpful to our newest classmates. Today we worked on small group activities. Take a peek into our day!
Today’s water day was our favorite by far!! Who would have known that a few chairs, a can of shaving cream, and a hose could make a group of children this happy?!
With summer closely coming to an end, the Prepper friends have been soaking up every warm/sunny day.
Wobbling like a penguin was harder than it originally sounded. The Prepper friends quickly became thankful for knees and the ability to pick up their feet from the ground to walk. But walking like a penguin was pretty silly.
On Monday a few friends helped experiment with sand and slime. We found that certain ingredients did not take to the sand and therefore our experiment failed. This was a great example for the kids to learn that experiments are tests. Sometimes they don’t always go as planned. On Tuesday we decided to make glitter slime so the class could see a slime experiment succeed… and of course have fun playing with it.
